What services does drawrange provide?
We develop and provide high-quality virtual dual-person archery software packages. These are premium digital entertainment products designed for immersive, skill-based interactive use.

No. All transactions on drawrange are strictly one-time purchases. You will only be charged for the specific package you select at checkout. We do not use recurring billing, and there are no hidden membership fees.

How will the charge appear on my bank statement?
To help you identify your purchase, charges will typically appear on your credit card or bank statement as: DRAWRANGE*ARCHERY or DrawRange Archery Solutions.

3. Digital Delivery

How do I receive my digital package?
As we provide virtual goods, no physical shipping is required. Upon successful payment confirmation via our secure processor (Stripe), your access keys or download instructions will be sent immediately to your registered email address.

What if I haven’t received my delivery email?
If you do not see our confirmation email within 10 minutes of purchase, please:
Check your Spam or Junk mail folders.
Ensure the email address provided at checkout was correct.
If still not found, contact archery@drawrange.com for immediate manual re-delivery.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Because our products are intangible, we do not issue logistics tracking numbers. However, our system maintains a secure Digital Delivery Log to verify that your product has been successfully transmitted.

4. Refunds & Cancellation

Can I request a refund?
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once the delivery process has been initiated (i.e., when the key is sent or the content is accessed).
Special Notice for EU/EEA Customers:
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, by requesting immediate access to our digital content, you expressly consent to waive your 14-day “right of withdrawal.” Once the digital performance has begun, the transaction is non-refundable.

What if there is a technical fault?
If your digital key is defective or you encounter a technical error, please contact us immediately. We will rectify the issue, provide a manual replacement, or issue a refund if the technical fault cannot be resolved by our team.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Your financial data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a global leader in payment security. We are PCI-DSS compliant and do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Is there an age requirement?
