1. Corporate Identity
drawrange is a premium digital brand owned and operated by DrawRange Archery Solutions Inc., a corporation headquartered in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

2. Nature of Digital Goods
Our products consist of virtual archery software packages. Due to their intangible nature, digital goods are non-returnable and irrevocable once delivery has been initiated. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be restored to the Company’s control once the license key has been accessed.

3. EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers generally have a 14-day “right of withdrawal.” However, this right waives once the performance of the service has begun with your express prior consent.

By completing your purchase, you explicitly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to a refund once the digital access key is sent or the content is activated.

4. Refund Eligibility
All sales are final. Refunds may be granted at the Company’s sole discretion only in cases of:

  • Duplicate Purchase: Accidental double-purchase within 24 hours (if the second key remains unredeemed).
  • Technical Defect: A verified software fault that our team is unable to rectify.
  • Non-Delivery: System failure preventing the delivery of the digital asset.
  • Note: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

5. Chargebacks & Dispute Prevention
We maintain comprehensive digital logs (IP addresses, timestamps, and delivery confirmations) as conclusive “Proof of Fulfillment.” DrawRange Archery Solutions Inc. actively contests fraudulent chargebacks with Stripe using this data. We strongly encourage users to contact archery@drawrange.com for professional resolution before engaging with third-party claims.

6. No Recurring Subscriptions
drawrange does not operate on a subscription model. Each transaction is a one-time purchase for a specific digital asset. Consequently, there is no ongoing service to cancel.
