1. Corporate Identity & Scope
drawrange is a premium brand under the ownership of DrawRange Archery Solutions Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Our services, which consist of virtual dual-person archery software and game packages, are exclusively provided to customers located within the United States, Canada, and the European Economic Area (EEA).

2. Intellectual Property & Limited Usage License
All digital content provided via www.drawrange.com, including but not limited to source code, visual artwork, character designs, animations, and musical scores, is the exclusive intellectual property of DrawRange Archery Solutions Inc.

Limited License: Upon successful purchase, the Company grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable Limited License to access and use the virtual packages within the platform’s environment.

Ownership vs. Usage: Users explicitly acknowledge that the purchase of a package constitutes the acquisition of usage rights only. It does not grant any ownership interest, title, or copyright in the virtual goods or the underlying software.

Digital Delivery: Access is granted immediately upon transaction confirmation. As these are digital assets, the service is deemed "rendered" at the moment of access.

Prohibited Actions: The extraction, reverse engineering, redistribution, or commercial resale of any assets is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate license termination without refund.

3. Age Restrictions & Eligibility
To ensure compliance with international data protection laws (COPPA in the USA, GDPR Article 8 in the EU) and to mitigate disputes regarding unauthorised financial transactions:

Minimum Age: Users must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or purchase virtual packages.

Verification: The Company reserves the right to request proof of age.

Parental Clause: We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If a parent discovers an unauthorised transaction, please contact archery@drawrange.com immediately.

4. Data Collection & Payment Security
We collect only the information necessary to facilitate service delivery and comply with financial regulations:

Account Information: Name and email address.

Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled securely via Stripe. We adhere to PCI-DSS standards; the Company does not store full credit card numbers on our servers. We only retain transaction tokens and billing history for customer support purposes.

Technical Data: IP addresses and device information are collected solely for fraud prevention and regional licensing compliance.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR/PIPEDA)
EU/EEA Users: Data is processed based on Contractual Necessity (to deliver the digital service) and Legitimate Interest (fraud prevention and security).

Canadian Users: We adhere to PIPEDA standards regarding the safeguarding of personal information.
